Great success at the EISM Champions Swimming Carnival
Last Monday, Tintern Grammar’s Swim Team represented the school at the EISM Champions Swimming Carnival at MSAC. On a cold night, the team swam extremely well with a number of students placing against strong opposition from all schools in the EISM.
A highlight of the night was the final event, the boys 200m open freestyle relay, where our School Captain, Joel Pearce-Schmidt, made up a quarter of a pool length in the final leg of the relay securing the gold medal for our senior boy’s relay team in what was an extremely exciting race.
