Notice of Inaugural General Meeting of Tintern Grammar Alumni (TGA)
All past students of Tintern Grammar are advised that the inaugural General Meeting of the Tintern Grammar Alumni (TGA) will take place as follows:
Date: Wednesday 30 October 2019
Time: 7pm
Place: Board Room, Main Reception, Tintern Grammar

Proxy: Proxy forms are being received but must be completed and returned to the Community Relations office via email before 5pm Monday 28 October 2019. No Proxy forms will be accepted at the meeting. Download the proxy form.
In order for the group to fulfil the requirements of incorporation, all alumni who wish to be members of the group will need to be paid up members of either, the new TGA (Tintern Grammar Alumni) or one of the existing groups, TOGA (Tintern Old Girls Association) or SOBA (Southwood Old Boys Association). Payment of this fee gives each alumni the right to vote at a TGA meeting and to be nominated as President or a member of the committee. If you are not a financial member you will be required to pay the life membership fee ($75) during the registration process.
