Rose (5A) is performing at a very high level in skiing.  She is currently in Hotham with her family, spending Term 3 competing in events. Both Rose and her brother, Archer, are coached each morning for race and freestyle events. Both are on top of the leaderboard for the Hotham Freeride season. They will both take out the season! The Freeride consists of five events spaced out over the season: SBX, park, freestyle, bankslalom, GS.  Rose has won every event!  Both Rose and Archer qualified for Nationals which is an amazing outcome!

Rose demonstrates such grit and determination.  She is a focussed sportsperson who is working very hard to achieve her goals. A wonderful role model for our community.  Fantastic work Rose! 

The link below is a  not-for-profit Snow Board Club. Rose’s Family are heavily involved with the club. They are planning overseas programs for the northern winter. Most likely in Park City or Big White USA. The club will also be offering further programs next year at Hotham to introduce new kids and families to the sport.
